KENKO
"Kenko, a Quechua word meaning "labyrinth", perhaps because of the labyrinthine underground galleries or by small channels carved in the rocks in a zigzag pattern. The Spanish classified this monument as an amphitheater, probably because it shows a semicircular construction. In fact, it ignores the purpose of this cyclopean construction, which may well be an altar, a court or an Inca tomb, perhaps of Pachacutec. Presumably it was one of the most important shrines that existed in the empire. Kenko, entices you towards a maze of flavours that will make your taste buds travel to distant countryside where each dish will make you discover a region of Perú."
